Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Personalized or custom-made jewelry is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refund Process

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.

Cancellations
